Is it legal to own and possess pepper spray younger than 18 in Texas?
I live in Texas im just wondering if you can carry pepper spray as a minor but wouldnt that be illegal?

It is permissible to possess a “small chemical dispenser sold commercially for personal protection”. 10 Texas Penal Code Section 46.01 (14).
There is no minimum age in Texas to own the typical, commercially-available bottle of pepper spray.
