Is it safe to eat several garlic cloves,a lot of cayenne powder, and apple cider vinegar daily?

I’ve been making a broth consisting of carrot juice, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, and garlic cloves. This gives me great energy, but is this safe for my digestive system etc. to do on a regular daily basis?
Yes, I eat other foods throughout the day and drink lots of water. I recently quit drinking coffee and quit smoking, so I need energy from other sources until my body and mind are used to not having these stimulants.

Is that all you eat every day? You need something solid. Eat an apple, or have some vegetables. Your digestive system will thank you.

I’m cajun and I know spice. Eventually the cayenne pepper will irritate your stomach and possibly give you an ulcer. Vinegar will also irritate your digestive tract.

Search the internet for fruits and veggies that will give you energy.

Congrats on quite smoking. :)

I dont think it will harm u, alot of people take vinegar for heartburn, it kinda neutralizes the acid(IDK) but they sware by it. Pepper is good for your blood and garlic is great for alot of things.

All those things kill bacteria
I just couldn’t say how long you should stay on them

It won’t do you any harm but try not to use too much cayenne on an empty stomach and be aware that too much garlic will kill some of the natural bacteria in your gut and make you constipated
