Is there a way to prevent spices/seasoning from drying and clumping together?
They always get dry and form chunks. Even if I shake the bottle they dont break.

try storing them in a cool place away from your stove.
that usually helps.
the fridge might help out greatly if you have a small kitchen
Keep in the crisper.
put dry rice in it
They are not drying and clumping. They are getting wet (absorbing moisture from the air) and clumping. You have to keep them air tight to prevent this. Perhaps put the bottles inside another airtight container or ziplock?
Keep it in ziploc bag in the fridge. They will last longer
They clump together from the moisture in what you are storing them in.
Keep them away from heat. This tends to create moisture inside the spice jar.
You can also add (a penny size piece) dry sponge to the spice. This will absorb the moisture and keep the spice fresh longer.
You might also note that spices are not fresh after a year. You may need to restock some.
Penzeys recommends keeping them in the fridge.
When you shake your spice into the dish, keep it away from the steam that is coming from the food. Always, shake what you want into your hand away from food, then you can drop it into the food off of your hand…..
