Is this a good meal plan for today?



I am trying to shred a little fat covering my abs for a 6-pack, they are there, but not visible without me trying. Was this a good choice for today?

Breakfast (8:00): 1/2 cup oatmeal with some cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.

Snack: some Almonds and grapes

Lunch (3:00): Small chicken breast with homemade fresh seasoning (Tarragon, Cilantro, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, and Marjoram) and half a baked potato.

Snack: Banana, almonds, grapes.

Dinner: Slice of flourless 100% organic bread, with a cup of low-sugar 80 cal yogurt

Sounds very balanced and healthy!
Go ahead with it and drink plenty water as well.

I think you should add some vegetables in there though.. any dark green veggie will work. To get even more nutrition; swap out some the grapes for blueberries.

Don’t eat carbs after 4pm
snacks have protein instead of almonds
put some green veggies in your lunch
dinner – same as lunch or a protein shake

add some peanut butter or cheese and a cup of milk to supper.

Sounds pretty good but be careful with the almonds, nuts contain a lot of fat, even though they are a good fat. Only have them once a day for a snack and limit it to a only a handful. And as others have said add some veggies to lunch and/or dinner.
