Looking for a specific kielbasa, pepper and potato recipe. Can you help?



I acquired a recipe a while ago, but lost it. I still have a list of MOST of the ingredients, but don’t have the preparation instructions or details. I know that the dish is prepared on the stovetop and contains the following: 1 lb kielbasa, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 onion, 6 red potatoes and 1 8oz pkg mushrooms.
When the dish is complete, the potatoes are not mashed, but sort of like hash browns. I can’t seem to find the recipe online and am hoping someone out there has the complete recipe or something similar. Thanks!!!

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 pound kielbasa sausage, thin sliced

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

2 cups milk

1 tablespoon garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and kielbasa. In a separate bowl, stir together soup, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir together the two mixtures and pour into a 7×11 inch casserole dish. Place casserole on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

POTATO-PEPPER-KIELBASA CASSEROLE

1 lg. sweet pepper
1 med. onion
3 med. potatoes
12 or 26 oz. smoked sausage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. cream (Half and Half)
Tomato wedges
Parsley garnish (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Core and seed pepper; cut in 1 inch pieces. Place in large bowl. Cut onion in thin wedges and add. Peel and cube potatoes and add with tomato wedges. Peel casing from sausage and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Add to above and sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss all with olive oil. Place in shallow 7 x 11 inch casserole. Cover, bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir in cream, cover, and bake 10 more minutes.

Kielbasa and potato skillet

5 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
1 Tbls chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs kielbasa
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and place in skillet sprayed with cooking
spray.
Pour water over potatoes and sprinkle garlic and salt and pepper over all.
Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for about 10 minutes or till
potatoes are almost soft.
Slice kielbasa into 3/4″ pieces and add to potatoes and mix together.
Cook over medium heat till kielbasa is mostly cooked, about 10 minutes.
Add can of cheese soup and stir to mix.
Cook for additional 5 minutes till heated through.
Serve.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cheddar cheese soup, I use the cheddar cheese soup
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 lb kielbasa, sliced thin
6-8 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together soup, onion, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir, in potatoes and kielbasa.
Spoon into a 7×11 inch casserole dish.
(if the potatoes are extra large, I use a 9×11 in casserole dish.) Place casserole on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
