Mosquito Bites of 3 months got extremely worse, any ideas?

I live in MA and while I was in RI I got 10 mosquito bites in early July. I have 6 remaining and 1 week ago they all got worse. What my bites originally looked like was a red bump with a hole in the center from the mosquito which a tiny bit of pus came out.

I thought it’ll go away like the others but a week ago the bumps started to expand. 4 of the 6 are really bad. The holes got bigger and around those holes very tiny holes start showing up around it which are also leeking pus. The tiny holes are now also getting bigger and a lot of pus is leeking especially after I take a shower. All the dried pus or toothpaste I used to help seal the pus temporarily gets washed away. I feel like the holes are going to combine and make a crater in the bumps and leek pus like crazy. Any ideas? I can’t go to a doctor right now.

Currently I have no insurance. College insurance ended after graduation. Unemployed and applied for Masshealth waiting for a response. Life sucks right now.
The bites are on my arms. One of them are on my left hand wrist. I use my hands a lot so I’m always putting strain on that one.

Where/how can I get something to drain the pus? Is it a type of suction?

Definitely don’t sound like mosquito bites, particularly because the bumps appeared in July.
Sound like boils to me.
Where are they located? Depending on that, it could be a couple different things.
How are you feeling in general? If the lumps seem infected (i.e. you’re running a fever, feeling ill) you definitely want to see a doctor. Check for free clinics in your area, or just go see one and work out the details of “no insurance” later. Every clinic and hospital has options for people who can’t afford care.
If they are leaking pus, DON’T block it. Try and get it out. Just do it as safely as possible in case it’s something that can spread (boils usually don’t, though). Wash your hands and the area well before and after.
Put an antibiotic ointment and a bandage over them afterward.
If they aren’t infected already, draining them will help prevent that from becoming the case.

Draining them is much like popping a pimple. Be gentle and squeeze out what you can. Stop when it’s only blood coming out, wash and cover them.
You can also try making a paste with epsom salt and water and putting it on the lumps and covering them with gauze or a large bandage to help draw out what’s inside.

my suggesting would be getting as much information as you can before taking any action, here

is a good place for that purpose.
