A large order of both fresh and dried herbs has just arrived arrived from Herbie’s, a quality supplier of organically grown herbs.There is purple sage, dried tarragon, fresh bay leaves and a number of bags of ground corinder,turmeric and cumin.However a large bottel of fresh green peppercorns in brine has toppled and cracked.And at the same time other truck arrived with a 25 litre drum of dishwashing powder. This delivery was due 2 days ago and you urgently need it…….. So as a restaurant store manager what I need to do at this moment….. Can anyone tell me please in details.
