The guard won`t let me enter.
I`ve bought fresh water, lemonade, and soda pop. but it doesn`t works!

They changed it from Red, Blue and Yellow. Go to the building beside the department store. On the first floor there’ll be an old woman surrounded by Pokemon, talk to her and she’ll give you Tea. Then take it to the guards and you can enter Saffron.
go to the house where you get eevee,and there is where the game designer is,when you just enter the door you will find an old woman with many pokemons,talk to the old woman and she will give you the tea.
You give the guard tea. I think you get the tea in Celadon city. Sorry if I’m wrong!
