Rosemary =Can you put rosemary on chicken and potatoe cooked in broth ?
I mean is it more for baking chicken and potatoes rather than on top of the stove in a broth ?

Rosemary can be used as a flavoring during the cooking process in either baking or making broth. Its a matter of taste and preference.
Yes, you can use Rosemary however you want. Just remember to pull out the stems before serving… They don’t cook well or taste very good ontheir own.
Sounds like a great idea. Yum yum … love that rosemary flavor. It’s worth trying. Nothing awful will happen.
I would recommend using dried rosemary in baking and general slow cooking. If you are using it as a final flavoring, use fresh.
