Fenugreek takes 3-7 days to kick in and have any effect. Just keep taking it, drink tons of water and pump if you can inbetween feedings to increase your supply.

You need to take at least 6-8 caps a day, the dose on the bottle is not enough. It may take a couple days. Be sure to drink lots of fluids.

Whats this stuff? I have to give my baby a bottle of formula after every bvreast feed as I don’t produce enough milk to fill him up and would love to know what this is and does it work?

No, try it for 3-7 days before you give up, you can also try mothers milk tea (gross but supposed to help), and brewers yeast, (those are the things i was told) If those do not help you may want to ask your doctor about prescribing reglan or dom peridome (very expensive). They all help in milk production. I was also told if you look up hand expression (sp) and do it fifteen times on each breast before and after it is supposed to help get everydop out.

you can get them (except reglan and dom peridome) at a store like GNC.
