it is a root fungus there is no treatment
It could also be from the bugs. There are spesticides you can get from the store for gardens. Good luck with your plants!!
i think this sounds like aphids. they are tiny white bugs, usually found on the back of plant leaves. go to your neareast greenhouse that also sells plants to individuals, describe your problem, and see if they have a pesticide that will cure your plant. also, isolate this plant from all of your other plants, and watch them for the same signs.
