What are some spices to try/What are your favorites?
It dawned on me that I only use salt, pepper, garlic, and sometimes nutmeg. What other spices are good on meat, pasta, veggies, anything really?
Not too spicy (hot) please and I hate cinnamon.

cumin, as powder or seeds are awesome..and coriander , also fresh or as seeds are grt…it really depends wat u cook,, i jus cant tell u some good spices which u can use for meat or pasta..it really depends and ul not knw for wat or how much

Saffron
Star anise
cardamom
onion powder
garlic powder
Although not spices, I like basil oregano and thyme. But the best thing to do is try them. Personally, I dislike rosemary but you may.
ground chipotle. It can be spicy, but I mix it in ranch for an
dip sauce. Its good as an accent seasoning with garlic.
It adds a warm smoky flavor.
