What can I do with silken tofu?

It’s the only kind available where I live, and I’m wondering what are the best ways to use it, as I don’t like it quite as much as fresh-regular tofu. So far I’ve cut it in cubes, dusted it with cornstarch, and deep-fried it; served it with sweet chili sauce with fresh cilantro (coriander leaves). It was pretty good, but I’m wanting other preparations.

Try it for dessert! Here’s a great chocolate mousse recipe:

You can…
- Chop it up and mix in chili oil + chopped green onion.
- Make “dofu hua” (tofu flower) soup, which is thinly sliced silken tofu in broth with “the works”: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, dried shrimp, seaweed, chopped “zha tsai” (spicy pickled mustard), green onion.
- Drizzle on some honey and almond extract and serve with sliced mangoes.
- And of course, miso soup.

mash it then mix it with pasta sauce (tomatoey sauce)
