Breakfast
1/2 cup of frosted flakes

Lunch
I put something together
Noodles covered in eggs then put some cumin powder , black pepper, green onions , garlic.

shrimp
home made fried french fries with , basically chopped up french fries thrown the hot grease.

no fruits or vegtables, waaaay to much cholestorol.
That sounds delicious! Can I come over tomorrow?
Very high in carbs and fat, not enough fressh fruit & vegies and don’t. Ditch the fries at dinner for some steamed vegies (Or at least roast them in minimal oil!) and add some fruit to breakfast.
try more fruits & veggies
& stay away from greasy foods, and carbs
they’re evil.
It sounds like you’re not getting enough fruits and vegetables, and you need more dairy in your diet.
But other than that I think you did okay, it’s a healthy amount of calories.
But usually if you want to see what you are and aren’t getting enough of you need to keep track of what you eat for 3-5 days, since it’ll be more accurate.
