I’m *hoping* you had a pickle and cheese sandwich and that’s why you smell like pickles.

It means your well over-due for a long walk in nature.
It means that after a day of ‘heavy work’, you have ‘sweated’ and ‘perspired’, and now you just smell terribly horrible!
