What fresh herbs would go well with a chicken and lemon soup?
I am making a variation of avgolemono (Greek lemon soup,) and I am sort of new to cooking with fresh herbs. Does anyone know of one, or a combination that would go well with this soup, but not overpower it?

dill goes fantastic with chicken soup, and celery as well.
Fresh thyme!!!
And a little garlic.
Fresh Basil might be good, chopped and added on top of each serving after you serve it.
Being a greek soup, fresh oregano or marjoram would be natural, but why not try some dill weed? Also some finely chopped scallions.
Thyme and Rosemary
oregano
chervil
rosemary
those are a few suggestions but you should realy try some different herbs and see if you like them.
