What herbs and seasonings go well with lamb?
I am just wondering what herbs work best with lamb. I am new to this lamb thing.

rosemary! fresh, if possible.
garlic fresh or roasted 1 cp olive oil
5bunches fresh garlic
3TBS fr. gr pepper
cut the tops off the garilc
spinkle the pepper on top
place in a small pan
cover w/foil bake @
350 for 35 min or
untill soft and camelized
ROSEMARY works great wih lamb. check out this site for great lamb recipes
rosemary, thyme or mint (they are from the same family), garlic, or roasted garlic for a sweeter flavor. What I like to do (although this takes a little time) is roast garlic, and then puree it. I take my lamb chops, and dip them thoroughly in the roasted garlic puree. Then I coat them in a seasoned herb bread crumb mixture (rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, panko breadcrumbs combined in a food processor till coarse ground and green.). Then I roast them in 450 oven until they are of my desired doneness. There are tons of things you can do with lamb.
