What ingredients are there in Coke?

It’s actually a protected recipe. Someone just went to jail for trying to steal it and sell it to Pepsi.

U know what? If Coke had aniseed in it, I would get sick when I drank it. I’m allergic to aniseed and I drink Coke quite a lot.
Coke is carbonated, coloured, flavoured, caffeinated water with food acids (phosphoric acid and idk what the other one is) added.
The ‘lemon and lime’ flavours u think u detect r just the phosphoric acid which is similar to acetic acid (vinegar) or citric acid (lemon juice). If u drink sugar free Coke it also contains artificial sweeteners, preservatives and something called phenylalanine. That is where I draw the line. Don’t ask me what that is, cos I have no idea.
When u look at it like that, maybe nobody should drink Coke, or Pepsi for that matter, cos they do the same thing. It’s not althogether good for u, is it?

I am not sure what ingredients are in Coke, but I do know that in the late 1880′s when Coke was first being released, they actually used Cocaine in it, for addiction purposes. However, by the later 1800′s when Coke became a larger company, they had to remove the Cocaine and rename their product to Coca Cola.

But as for now, there is definetly suger, carbonated water and caffiene in it.
