what is a recipe for a good steak marinade?
saturdays are our days that we eat meat (kinda weird) and we would like to have a good marinade
don’t like Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce or cumin

italian dressing
Newmans Italian dressing works the best.
you put lime juice on it then put pepper (not to much), and finally add a little bit of garlic powder no it wont be spicy…
try rubbing it with a little olive oil,garlic powder and seasoned salt–
let it set for about 1/2 hour then grill or fry it.
A little bit of wine, beer or brandy will help tenderize the meat … add some garlic (crushed, salt or powder); sea or Kosher salt; fresh ground pepper. That should be all that you need
2 parts of balsamic vinegar.
1 part olive oil.
Salt to taste
Black pepper( optional).
One large garlic clove chopped finely.
Paprika( enough to thicken the O&V).
Fresh rosemary( maybe 6 leaves per steak)
Blend( by hand).
Add your steaks( 3 to 4 hours is enough)
You can do this by eye.
You can add more garlic if you prefer.
basically, it’s a recipe then can be altered to suit your taste.
the most important item is the balsamic.

Now here’s the recipe.

“Garlic Parmesan Marinade”
2 Tbs. Melted Butter
1 Tbs. Garlic Salt
1 Tsp. Ground Pepper
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Italian Dressing
2 Tbs. Ceasar Dressing
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
With a fork pierce both sides of the steak about 8-10
Creating tiny tong holes randomly on the top.
In a sealable storage bag or a container place steak and rub both sides with mixture pour remaining mixture on top and place in fridge for about 2 hours….turn and do the other side 2 hours.
You will have a tangy and zesty steak that is juicy and ohhh so good. For a even juicier steak with mouth watering flavor. Make the above marinade and spread on steak. Freeze steak over night or however long. Let thaw and marinate for 1 hour in thawed juice.

What kind of steak is it? If it is a good cut of beef don’t marinate it. You will ruin it.
Plain old salt and pepper or a steak seasoning blend is best. Not I would go with Zesty Italian dressing.
I use apple cider vinegar or cheap high proof sweet wine, garlic, Montreal steak seasoning. I also put tenderizer in the mix depending on the meat. Another twist is a small amount of onion soup powder.
