What is the amount of fenugreek and amount of time needed in order to increase your breast size by 1 cup size?
According to some research, the herb fenugreek makes breasts larger. I saw in one encyclopedia that it was used to make breasts bigger. Apparently they use this in the “breast increase creams.” I know that those don’t work, but would having fenugreek in the diet possibly make your breasts larger? If so, how much should i take and for how long should i take it?

The only thing that will truly increase your breast size are breast implants.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) an annual Mediterranean and Asiatic herb with aromatic seeds. Fenugreek is used worldwide as a culinary spice as well as a food soothing to the stomach. Fenugreek also acts as a laxative, lubricates the intestines, and reduces fever. It has also been claimed to help lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels. It may help asthma and sinus problems by reducing mucus. Fenugreek also promotes lactation in nursing mothers and is good for the eyes and for inflammation and lung disorders.
