what is the difference between Dijon mustard and spicy brown mustard?
I mean I have a recipe that needs Dijon mustard and all I have is spicy brown will it work?

Dijon is a lot milder than spicy brown, I guess the dish requires it so that it doesn’t mask the main flavour of the dish
I agree with cantonese, dijjon also has wine in it for the distinctive taste.
