What is the ratio of vanilla extract and powdered sugar when making 1/4 cup creme de cacao liqueur substitute?
I am looking for a non-alcoholic way to use creme de cacao in a recipe. I have found people use powdered sugar and vanilla extract, but what are the measurments for that?
