My favorite spice is fresh ground pepper.
paprika on chicken
sazon on chicken wings
parcley on almost anything. potatoes, pasta, chicken, etc…
Fresh thyme and fresh basil!! Both you can use in just about everything, especially italian food. I love to wrap a piece of mozzarella cheese, a slice of tomato in a fresh basil leaf and pop it into my mouth, MMMMMMMMM!!
Wasabi is spicy..used on sushi
My favorite combo is basil and garlic. Yumm!
salt, pepper, and garlic.

Ginger & Saffron
I like to add ginger to almost everything but I think it is particularly good when cooking tagines. I also add saffron to chicken tagine. Saffron is also nice with any rice dish and essencial when cooking paella
