What other herbs increase your milk supply besides fenugreek?
I think fenugreek gives me a headache, has anybody had a good experience with another herb to increase milk production, i.e. alfalfa or blessed thistle?

I take a pill called More Milk Plus by MotherLove, they also make teas, but I can’t stand the taste! Anyways these pills contain: Fenugreek Seed, Blessed Thistle, Nettle Leaf, & Fennel Seed. I have had good results with these, but they are a little pricey. I usually buy them on eBay.
I used both fenugreek and blessed thistle together during an attempt to relactate. If your supply is seriously low (ex. only 1-2 drops), you will have to rethink your whole diet and consider these pills to be an aid and not something to completely rely on. I also drank Yogi Tea for Nursing Mothers 3x a day and ate oatmeal every morning while also drinking a lot more fluids.
fenugreek gave me headaches also I started on alfalfa and I noticed a difference in my overall well being as well as my milk supply I can tell now when I don’t take it. I’d assume that green leafy veggies have a similar effect. curry has fenugreek in it and is good for seasoning good for you keep it up!
