What pasta/sauce combo would go well as a side dish with garlic chicken breast?
I’m making garlic chicken using skinless, boneless chicken breast, bread crumbs, olive oil, chopped garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. What pasta with which sauce do you think would make a good side dish?? Thanks for your opinions =D

Rigatoni with marinara
I would make angle hair pasta with a naked sauce. Saute shallots with mushrooms and red pepper in olive oil, toss with the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and ribbons of fresh basil. Yum. I like your chicken recipe.
I would make my own creamy pasta sauce, with a little or a lot (to taste) of Sweet Chilli sauce mixed in.
I would go with Luv2Cook’s. It sound really yum.
Linguine with Pesto or you can do alfredo.
Here’s a good sauce recipe
1/2 cup real butter
1 pint (2 cups / 16 fl. oz.) heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper – to taste
1 dash cayenne pepper
2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan OR Romano cheese
1 lb. box fettuccine noodles – prepared as directed
chopped fresh parsley – for garnish, optional
-In a 2-quart saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter; add cream, garlic powder, and salt and peppers; simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick.
-Remove sauce from heat and stir in cheese. Do not heat sauce after cheese has been added.
-Serve sauce over hot fettuccine noodles and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
I think a vodka sauce might work nicely. That or some kind of tomato sauce.
Here is a recipe for Chicken with Penne and Vodka Sauce:
If you want to make vodka sauce from scratch, try:
Either spaghetti with tomato/maranara sauce. Or fettachinni with alfrado sauce.
Nothing better then Italiano food.

Noodles Romanoff
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
While noodles are cooking, combine the sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix together.
Stir butter into drained noodles, then stir in sour cream mixture. Place on a warm platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
