What should I make first?



I have to cook some sample dishes for culinary school and don’t know which to try out first … Osso buco braised with orange and fennel, broiled oysters with creme fraiche and herbs, or fusilli with leeks, aritichoke hearts and truffle oil… Which should I cook first??
I’m not asking in which order i should prepare them…they would be done on different days, I just cant afford to try all of them on a single occasion.
