Where can I buy gopuram turmeric powder- to be used on the skin, as opposed to the cooking spice?

I am interested in making a facial paste out of turmeric but I understand that cooking turmeric is not appropriate. I cannot find this herb online in any ethnic grocery stores or health and beauty section. It is referenced as gopuram tumeric powder, or kasturi manjal.
