where can i buy herbs online?

i want to buy some herbs in the form of leaves or bark that i can boil in water to make natural color rinses for my hair. what are some good places online to do that? there’s a whole foods somewhere around here too, would they have the herbs? i don’t want powder, i want bark/leaves.
