Where can I find Sage to smudge and cleanse my home?
I live in Huntington Beach, CA. I am planning on “smudging” or cleansing my home this coming up weekend. I need to know somewhere that I can go to buy some Sage. Anyone know of any??

Grocery store spice section. Try basic soap and water first.
You can find it in the herb section of the produce counter. You can go to the garden department in any Home Depot type of store and by it. Sage is easy to come by.
Sage is a spice look any where they sell spices. . . But to tell you the truth God would do a much better job cleansing your house.
I prefer to purchase mine from a local metaphysic shop although I’m sure you could use the stuff sold in the grocery store. The stuff at the metaphysic shops are designed specifically for burning whereas the grocery store variety is for culinary purpose.

Your in CA so I bet there is an alternative shop around you. Try to google Alternative medicine stores in your city. You may have to call around but you should be able to find one.
There are different places you can get it from. I buy mine from a stand at the farmer’s market that donates most of the proceeds to Native American foundations.
Be sure you get it from a place that grew it sustainably. We have a big problem in California of people stripping it off coastal hills and killing the plants and selling them to people who don’t know better. This is seriously endangering the plants in their natural habitat. I grow my own to offset any of this I may have been responsible for in the past.
I would just google it, but talk with the people and find out where they get theirs. Sage does wonders for us, so we need to respect it.
