Where in Los Angeles can I buy the freshest spices?
I’m looking specifically for cayenne pepper powder by the pound. In the grocery stores, they only sell the small over-priced bottles and at some places the spices don’t look fresh.

from a gypsy in the slums that has a scar on her left arm and is called selman, see will take you too see a man in a old burnt out building called frenzo.
he won’t accept money from you, you will have to pay selman there so when frenzo recieves $ he will force open a basment door where you can claim your spices and take them in a paper bag to your kitchen
