Where to buy herbs for floral arrangements?

It depends on when your wedding is and where you live. Not much is going on in the herb world right now since it’s winter, and the perennial herbs die back and the annual ones just die. Sometimes people bring them in to overwinter, but you won’t find many in garden centers, which would be your best bet during the active growing seasons (Spring-Fall).

If your wedding is coming up soon, I would look at a grocery store. Sometimes they sell herbs in pots in the salad/vegetable section.

If you have a little ways to go, you might want to try ordering seeds online and growing your own. Make sure to use seeding soil and a grow light.

If it’s not until summer, I would buy herbs in April, and fertilize them with Miracle Gro to make them grow more. Remember to pinch back herbs every so often to a set of leaves to make them more bushy then leggy.

Rosemary would be a great idea to use, since it is the symbol for remembrance and since it is a perennial that people do tend to overwinter because it can get a little crabby, you might still be able to find them this time of year.
