Where to buy spices for cheap, in US?
I’m looking for Indian spices mainly, like cumin, coriander, fennel.
But other spices are fine too.
Anywhere I can buy them cheap online, or locally in ridgeland, MS?
I’ve heard bulk barn is cheap, but we dont have an outlet nearby, and they dont sell online..
Thanks for the dollar store idea…Will have to check out the nearest outlet!!!
And I googled if dollar store spices are safe…they seem to be fine.

Points of Light in Long Beach CA has a website with tons of herbs for sale.

I know this sounds crazy, but the 99 Cent store around my house has EVERYTHING. I live in CA, but I am sure you have a 99 Cent store around your house.

Spices are not that expensive. They are reasonably affordable.
If you can’t find any Indian store near you, then look for a Pakistani or West Indies store. If Indian spices are that hard to find in MS, then ask a friend to buy and ship to you from NY, CA, GA or anywhere from the US.
The responder, Hi, is absolutely on the money. I’ve spoken to my neighbor who is a gourmet chef and asked her if the cheapy spices are just as good and she said that’s where she gets hers. Besides the 99 cent store, you must have a Big Lots or even places like Rite-Aid, Walgreen’s, CVS, and I believe Smart N Final. You could usually get each spice for around $1. I know in the past, I wasn’t sure if I liked a particular spice but for a dollar, why not give it a try. Cumin was actually one of them so you don’t have to order online. It’s a waste of money.
Try cosco or Sam’s club. I buy mine at sam’s and they are big containers and you come out much cheaper.
