Which herb can I take to stabilize my mood swings?

I feel normal for only about 2 weeks out of every month. Then two weeks before my period, I feel very much like crying all the time, and also mad, upset, sad, unsatisfied. Is there an herb to help stabilize my moods? Thanks very much!

Plant Sterols, such as those found in Wild Yam, appear to support a correctly functioning endocrine system. The better balanced your 80+ hormones are, the more you’re going to regularly feel, well, “balanced.”

Some cultures eat Wild Yam almost daily. If that’s not possible for you, the next best thing is to use a high-quality wild yam supplement that specifically contains the known plant sterols that have been under study for well over 30 years.

don’t take any herb that will only make it worst this how i know that because i have the same promble.

Primrose oil

do some research on St John’s wort and also 5-http, I have used both andthey helped me but each person is different

St. Johns Wort has been showed in a number of clinical studies to have a positive effect on depression, and it might help you. Since you feel normal for 2 weeks out of the month, I wonder if the mood swings are related to your period? I know a lot of women have that problem, and it can be ameliorated by taking the birth control pill to even out your hormone levels, which can even out your moods.

I do not have experience with any herbs but let me ask you, how much sugar do you consume? Your diet, and especially sugar comsumption, can play a major role in mood swings. I can tell you this from personal experience. Try cutting back, I KNOW it’s hard. It will help you in the long run though. Good luck to you.
