Why am I addicted to cinnamon buns and coffee?
It doesn’t really hurt my diet….I usually only allow myself to eat cinnamon bun and coffee on Sundays….
Would it make me gain weight if I ate a cinnamon bun and coffee every morning but maybe just 500 cals more that day?

as long as you exercise, then you can enjoy them every morning.
As long as it is within your calorie quotient it won’t hurt you.
Remember a” A little of what you fancy does you good”
If you are happy on a diet you will more likely stick to it
The addiction probably is triggered by caffeine, fat and sugar. You could eat it every day and limit your other calories, but it’s not very good for you.
