Why am I only supposed to take Fenugreek for a week?
I read that if taking Fenugreek for increased milk supply, it shouldn’t be taken more than a week or so at a time and would like to know why that is. Thanks!

Ask a lactation consultant or your OB/GYN. It may not be safe to take for longer periods of time.
I’ve never heard that. I took it for 3 months solid. The link below is to kellymom.com. It’s one of the best references for breastfeeding. The page is about fenugreek.
Its great as long as you can adapt with the smell . It increases milk supply and I used to boil it sometimes with the water of my baby . It increases babies weight gain . check
