will garlic and pepper water keep bugs off plants and flowers.but not hurt/kill the plants or flowers?
I have a variety off flowers and plants…Please only people who know what they’re talking about answer. What other household items could I use? not soap..more along the same lines as garlic or pepper methods please. Thank you all for your help

I take a whole bulb of garlic,one onion, and 3 cayenne peppers and blend up in a blender to a pulp..I then add 1 gallon of water after i do this and let it steep over night..I then strain the mixture and put in a spray bottle and spray my plants untill they drip…With this mixture you have to spray daily though..it has no long term effect..I also take the pulp from the mixture and scatter at the base of my plants..My source is click on my profile picture..then look at the 2 links there..click the second link and it will take you to my flickr album that has 190 pictures of nothing but my garden veggies, my indoor light set up and raised beds..I grow veggies 12 months out of the year..and use garlic pepper spray avidly…
