i’m going to be selling them after so yeah,

Carrots
cucumbers(possibly pickle some)
onions
bell peppers
watermelon
squash
spinach
jalapenos
celery
garlic
basil
chives
dill
fennel
oregano
parsley
rosemary
sage
and if you could add any, also, they will be grown in a greenhouse

Tomatoes(#1), beans (what sells in your area and I would grow these outside because of low value to high input), cucumbers (again outside) onions, garlic, and jalapenos. The herbs might be more difficult to sell, and perishability/ attractiveness might be an issue. What about strawberries (another high value item).
Also while you have a green house consider other possibilities
growing starter plants from from seed, Mums (flowers), ferns.
